AI Newswire investigates frontier AI failures — provider-blog claims that don't survive contact with reality, regulator findings, court rulings, behavioural drift in shipped models, and refusal patterns that affect public-interest work. We do not cover general tech complaints, customer-service grievances, or speculation. The editor reads every tip personally.

How to reach us

    The form on this page. Lowest friction. No identity required. Suitable for routine tips. Cloudflare Turnstile handles bot filtering.
  2. Email
    tips@everythingthreads.com — for tips that need attachments or threading. Not encrypted in transit unless you use the PGP key below.

    End-to-end encryption for the email channel. Fingerprint:

    For high-risk source protection. A warrant would be required to intercept. Address provided on request. Use a corner-shop print and a public letterbox; do not use a workplace printer or franking machine.

What we will and will not do. We will not publish your name or any information that identifies you without your explicit consent. We may contact you only via the channel you used. Right-of-reply correspondence to the AI provider references the wire — never the reporter.

Review may take days, weeks, or longer. We do not promise coverage. If we publish, you'll see the wire on /wire. If we cannot verify a tip, we will not publish it; we will not write to the provider on speculation.

What happens next

  1. 1 Triage. The editor reviews your tip alongside our automated signals. Most tips are read within 48 hours.
  2. 2 Verify. If the failure looks reproducible and the source survives our methodology checks, we draft a wire. The provider gets a right-of-reply window before publication on accusatory wires.
  3. 3 Publish or shelve. Wires that survive checks land on /wire with full evidence and methodology codes. Tips that cannot be verified are not published; we do not write to providers on speculation.
