1.Who We Are

EverythingThreads is an independent AI behaviour research platform operated by Kariem A. (“we”, “us”, “our”). Company registration: C1896585. Registered with the Information Commissioner's Office. Contact: hello@everythingthreads.com.

2.What We Provide

We provide AI analysis tools, educational content, and a Chrome browser extension. Our services are organised into three tiers:

• Scope Tier 1 (Free, Unlimited): Real-time F/P/R scoring, 7 behavioural flags, GAP analysis, confidence scoring.
• Scope Tier 2 (Free, 10 per day): Session-level analysis with Tests 1 and 2 (Machine Behaviour + User Response), reliability index, recommendations.
• Scope Tier 3 (Paid): Full 4-test audit, IPA scoring, constraint audit, alignment analysis. Pricing published separately.

3.Your Use of Our Services

By using our website, tools, or extension, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. You must be at least 18 years old to use our paid services. Free tools are available to all ages, subject to the ICO Children's Code where applicable.

4.AI-Generated Content

Our tools use artificial intelligence systems (including Claude by Anthropic, ChatGPT by OpenAI, Gemini by Google, Mistral, and Groq) to generate analysis and responses. All output from these tools is AI-generated and should be treated as analytical insight, not professional advice. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before acting on it.

We do not provide: legal advice, financial advice, medical advice, or any form of regulated professional service. Our tools analyse the quality and reliability of AI responses — they do not replace professional judgment.

5.Paid Services (Scope Tier 3)

If you purchase Scope Tier 3 access:

• You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. You may cancel within this period for a full refund.
• If you request that the service begins within the 14-day period and later cancel, you may be charged for the service already provided.
• Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
• If the service is faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
• Prices are stated inclusive of VAT where applicable.

6.Your Data

We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. See our Privacy Policy for full details including: what data we collect, how we use it, your rights, and how to complain.

Text you submit to our analysis tools is sent to third-party AI providers for processing. Personally identifiable information (PII) is stripped before transmission. We do not store your conversation content. Only scores and metadata are retained.

7.Intellectual Property

All content, tools, methodology, and branding on this site are the intellectual property of EverythingThreads unless otherwise stated. The M-code taxonomy (M1–M7), scoring methodology, and analysis frameworks are original research. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our methodology without written permission.

Analysis results generated for you through our tools are yours to use, share, and reference. We do not claim ownership of your input text or the analysis output.

8.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our tools provide analytical insights only. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated analysis.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated output.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from paid services is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9.Acceptable Use

You must not use our services to:

• Generate, store, or distribute illegal content
• Attempt to extract or reverse-engineer our methodology, scoring algorithms, or system prompts
• Use automated systems to scrape or bulk-access our tools beyond normal use
• Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity
• Use our tools to produce content that infringes the rights of others

10.Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For material changes, we will notify registered users by email.

11.Complaints

If you have a complaint about our services or how we handle your data:

• Step 1: Contact us at hello@everythingthreads.com. We aim to respond within 14 days.
• Step 2:If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or call 0303 123 1113.
• Step 3: For disputes about paid services, you may also use the EU/UK Online Dispute Resolution platform or pursue action through the courts of England and Wales.

12.Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
