Independence & Research Notice
This notice applies to all essays, tools, methodology documents, and commercial services produced under the EverythingThreads name. Read before engaging with any published content.
Independence statement
No AI company has funded, influenced, reviewed, or approved any content published under this name. No financial arrangement — paid, in-kind, or otherwise — exists with any AI provider. The observations, methodology, taxonomy, and findings are the independent intellectual work of Kariem A., developed from personal documented sessions with AI systems. The AI systems themselves were used as tools in the research; their developers are not involved in and have not endorsed the research.
Research framework
The EverythingThreads methodology is an observational research framework. It documents AI system behaviour patterns across recorded sessions using a taxonomy of seven machine behaviour categories (M1-M7), a user failure layer (User Response Layer), and an onset timing analysis framework (Temporal Layer). Severity is assessed using an adaptation of the framework, used by permission of FIRST.Org.
What the research is and is not
This research is:
- Observational and exploratory — based on recorded personal AI sessions
- A methodology framework for identifying and classifying AI behavioural patterns at session level
- A contribution to AI literacy and AI governance discourse
This research is not:
- A peer-reviewed clinical trial or RCT
- A claim that specific AI systems are dangerous or defective
- Legal, medical, or professional advice
- Affiliated with any academic institution (independent researcher status)
Use of AI in producing this work
AI systems, primarily Claude (Anthropic), were used as tools in producing the essays, methodology documents, and website content under this name. The observations, framework design decisions, taxonomy criteria, and intellectual architecture are the independent work of Kariem A. The AI was used as a drafting and editing tool; its outputs were reviewed, shaped, and substantially directed by the human author throughout.
The essays disclose this use individually at their foot. The presence of AI assistance does not diminish the originality of the framework — AI assistance is itself the subject of the research.
